Exhibition of paintings by N.S. Przemyshlev Requiem in Barcelona

In April 2016, the Zhytomyr artist Nikolay Peremishlev presented his unique painting "Requiem" in Barcelona.

Реквием, картина Перемышлева Н.С.While Peremyshlev Nikolai Stepanovich is painting Kiev landscapes, Barcelona is fascinated by his works. During 10-22 of March in one of the Barcelona municipal galleries the exhibition of pictures "Spiral of History" of two Zhytomyr artists - Nikolay Peremyshlyov and his pupil Victor Dikiy (Kucheruk) took place.

Under the belt of the modest artist Nikolai Peremishleva exhibitions in Zhitomir, Kiev, Buenos Aires (5 personal exhibitions), Germany and the Czech Republic. This is already the 15th or 16th exhibition for Nikolai Peremishleva (the artist himself will not remember exactly).

This time the artist wowed the public with "Requiem" (canvas size 3 m x 5.70 m). And for 27-year-old Victor Dikki "Spiral of History" was the first large-scale artistic event, where he presented the work "Ship of Hope" (2.8 m x 3.5 m).

We set a goal to show Barcelona the art of Zhytomyr. They don't make art like that there. "Requiem" Nikolay Peremishlev painted in Barcelona in one month. He worked hard and only got out to sea 5 times in 5 months. The artist creates paintings quickly, because at one time he set himself a goal. A true virtuoso, Mr. Nicholas became a long time ago. At the beginning of his creative career, he made up to 100 sketches during the day to train his speed. And during long winter evenings in cozy cafes, he could create up to 40 portraits of non-posited people. He drew people gesturing, talking, laughing, shaking hands. Thus, in a minute and a half a portrait appeared from under the artist's pen.

Nikolai Peremishlev himself was not present at the exhibition, because last fall he arrived in Kiev, where the gallery "M17" held his solo exhibition "He who manifests and destroys the walls".

And then another project began - the creation of landscapes of the capital, the artist intends to present at the exhibition on the Day of Kiev. Now 13 thematic canvases are already ready. After the exhibition in Barcelona the painting "Requiem" by Mykola Peremyshleva interested gallery in Munich, and another canvas did not leave indifferent art lovers from the province of Champagne in France. The work of Zhytomyr artist intends to show at the Champagne festival in the French town.

In his spare time, Nikolai Peremishlev plays guitar and drums. "Painting is like a way of life. I do it a lot all the time. I try not to be attracted to time in my paintings. My subject matter is different - from portraits to symbolically philosophical paintings. And I synthesize my technique - both impressionism and expressionism. It could be that I will change something in a while... I do not suffer from a mirror disease. In order to get rid of it, I have to travel around the world", - says Nikolay Peremishlev about himself.

Nikolai Peremishlev has his own studio in Kiev, where he sometimes breaks his creative tranquility by playing the drums. But in general, he constantly draws because he is used to it and cannot do it otherwise.
