Application Submission

2.1. Candidates submit their applications exclusively in electronic form via the form on the ArtDom gallery website.

2.2. Additional information, as well as notification of technical issues, can be sent in a separate email to [email protected]. In the email subject line, please specify "Art Prize [Artist's First Name Last Name]".

2.3. An application is considered accepted if the participant receives an email confirmation within 3 days.

2.4. The participant must grant the organizers the rights to reproduce the submitted artwork to create a catalog, archive images of the submitted artworks, and publish them on the gallery website and social media.

Terms of Nominee Announcement

3.1. Artworks of the ArtDom National Art Prize nominees will be selected by the jury based on accepted candidate applications.

3.2. The list of nominees will be announced no later than December 15 on the website https://artdom.com.ua/, on social media, and by email.

Announcement of Nominees

4.1. ArtDom Gallery will announce the date and location of the event for the award announcement and presentation in advance.

4.2. Nominees must provide their artwork in advance for presentation at the event.

4.3. A nominee's artwork cannot be replaced with another.

4.4. Selection of artworks for the event is carried out by the jury.

4.5. The jury reserves the right to reject a participant if the artwork does not match the description in the application or the competition terms.

Awarding of the ArtDom National Art Prize

5.1. The main and special ArtDom Art Prizes will be awarded between December 12 and December 15.

5.2. The jury reserves the right not to explain its choice of prize winners.
