VOLODYMYR NOSAN born in 1970 in Balakliya in 1992 graduated from the Kharkiv State Art School. in 1998 graduated from the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute. Since 2000 has been working at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts at the Department of Drawing, Associate Professor (2021). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2018)
