Voloshinova Tatyana - Ukrainian artist

Voloshinova Tetyana is a celebrated Ukrainian artist whose oeuvre is marked by a relentless pursuit of perfection, where color takes on a symbolic, metaphysical depth. Each of her works is perceived as an organic part of a cohesive artistic continuum.
Born on January 27, 1973, in the picturesque city of Kirovohrad (now Kropyvnytskyi), Tatyana Voloshynova dedicated her life to art. In 1998, she successfully graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv, where the distinguished theater artist D. Lider served as her mentor. It was the influence of the theatrical environment that significantly shaped the artist's subsequent creative path.
As early as 1999, just a year after graduating from the academy, Tetyana Voloshynova held her first solo exhibition in Kyiv, which marked a vibrant beginning to her active exhibition career. In 2000, she became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, affirming her professional standing and contribution to the development of contemporary Ukrainian art.
Tatyana Voloshynova's creative range encompasses not only easel painting but also theatrical art. She successfully works as a theater artist, creating costumes and set designs for numerous productions, and also serves as a director for some of them.
A special place in the artist's work is occupied by the theme of dance. The featured painting is part of the "Dance" project, in which Tetyana Voloshynova explores multiple temporal dimensions, the organic nature and plasticity of dance as a primal element. She delves into questions of subjectivity and elusive emotions, the spontaneity and regularity of relationships, as well as the theme of love and its absence. The works in this series are imbued with the profound color of movement, the powerful breath of primordial elements, and musical light.
In addition to her solo exhibitions in Kyiv (1999-2001), Tetyana Voloshynova has participated in group exhibitions in Warsaw, Poland, and Geneva, Switzerland, expanding the reach of her art and introducing European audiences to her unique vision of the world.
Among the artist's key works are "Still Life with Pomegranates" (1997), "The Collector," "Miranda," "Ferdinand" (1998); and the series "Judith," "The Seasons" (1999), and "Isadora. Dance" (2001). As a theater artist, she designed the sets and costumes for such plays as Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" and "Illusion of Deception" based on N. Rezanov (both in 2003).
Tetyana Voloshynova's works are held in private collections in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA, which attests to the international recognition of her talent and her ability to touch universal human feelings through the language of color and form.
Living and working in Kyiv, Tetyana Voloshynova continues to actively develop her unique artistic style, remaining true to her pursuit of perfection and her exploration of the deep connections between color, movement, and human emotions.
