KOTLYARCHUK Andriy - born February 16, 1966, Kyiv, Ukraine. Popular Ukrainian photographer, art critic, member of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. Has been engaged in photography for over 35 years.
Actively participates in Ukrainian and international art projects and festivals.
Education:
- 1986-1993 Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Biology;
- 2004-2006 State Academy of Cultural Management Resources, Faculty of Art History.
