Chizhov Andrew - Ukrainian artist
Chizhov Andrew - Ukrainian artist, born in 1995 in Sevastopol (Crimea, Ukraine). Since 2013 he lives and works in Lviv.
In 2019, he received a master's degree at the Department of Art Glass of the Lviv National Academy of Arts. He has been awarded more than 90 awards for his creative work. Twice (2009, 2011) he was awarded a presidential scholarship for his creative contribution to the development of culture in Sevastopol. He was awarded the regional personal prize named after Vyacheslav Chornovil (Lviv, 2018).
An active participant in international (Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, USA), regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions, symposiums and plein airs. His works are stored in the collections of the Glass Museum in Lviv, Ukraine; Ningbo Zhejiang Greenwave Glass Museum, China; Rusi Karabiberov Gallery, Bulgaria, Die Hochschulbibliothek, Theologische Hochschule Friedensau, Germany; funds of the Lviv National Academy of Arts, in private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel.
