“Zebra” is a decorative work by Olena Litka from her original “Pop Art” series, in which the image of a wild animal is explored through a striking contrast between graphic patterns and vivid natural motifs. A zebra occupies the center of the composition, surrounded by large flowers and lush foliage. Depicted in close-up, the animal’s distinctive stripes become the painting’s main visual feature.

The zebra’s black-and-white stripes stand out against a deep blue and turquoise background. Coral, pink, and lilac flowers introduce vivid color accents, while varying shades of green evoke dense tropical vegetation. Large leaves and flower heads fill the canvas, creating a rich, rhythmic composition. Clear outlines and simplified forms emphasize the decorative quality of the image.

The painting combines elements of Pop Art with a modernist approach to depicting nature. The artist moves away from strict naturalism in favor of expressive color, contrasting combinations, and stylized forms. The zebra is presented not only as an animal but also as a distinctive graphic image, harmoniously integrated into an imaginative floral setting.

This artwork can become a vibrant focal point in a living room, bedroom, home office, or creative space. It will be particularly striking against a light, neutral wall, allowing its rich colors and expressive patterns to stand out. The painting will appeal to admirers of contemporary animal art, decorative painting, and bold color combinations.

This original work by Ukrainian artist Olena Litka combines natural motifs with contemporary artistic expression, bringing individuality and visual energy to an interior.
