Kuzmenko Igor - Ukrainian artist

Igor Kuzmenko is a contemporary Ukrainian artist. 

He was born in 1997 in Kharkiv. From 2004 to 2015, he attended school and showed a special interest in drawing.

In 2015, he entered the Academy of Design and Arts. In 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree, enrolled in a Master's program the same year, and received his Master's degree at the end of 2020. 

Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Igor Kuzmenko regularly participates in group exhibitions throughout Ukraine. 

His work encompasses abstract paintings and minimalist landscapes. Until 2022, he worked in his own studio in Kharkiv and was regularly engaged in creative work. His early work encompasses cityscapes painted after the rain. Soon, inspired by the beauty of nature, Igor Kuzmenko began creating landscapes of villages and fields, conveying the atmosphere of the sky, tranquility, and cozy minimalism.

During his student years, the artist drew inspiration from the older generation — experienced painters and teachers who helped the future artist gain experience and mastery in creating various landscapes. The artist paints picturesque canvases that reveal the beauty of minimalism to the viewer and bring positive emotions to the connoisseur.
