Lytvyn Nina

Lytvyn Nina — contemporary Ukrainian artist. Lives and works in Kyiv. Born in 1972 in Mlyniv, Rivne region, where she studied and graduated from the Mlyniv Art School. 

In 1997, she graduated from the Kyiv Technological Institute of Light Industry with a specialization as a garment designer. Later, she began studying interior design. She designed spatial environments for various private residential properties. She also studied at the Faculty of Art History and Theory at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, where she studied art history. 

In 2002, she worked at the publishing house of "Domus design" magazine, which focuses on design, interiors, and art, as an author of interior publications and a photo shoot designer. 

In 2017-2021, she worked as a designer at "31 Concept Gallery". 

In 2023, she worked at "33Art" as a drawing and painting teacher. 

Nina works across the movements of realism, post-realism, impressionism, post-impressionism, and contemporary abstraction. She paints predominantly in the Alla Prima technique. The artist strives to express emotional states through color. 

Her favorite themes include "Only Mountains", "Colors of the Mediterranean", flowers, open-air studies, and narrative abstractions. Nina's paintings are held in private collections of art admirers across 16 countries: Ukraine, Great Britain, Israel, Canada, USA, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Poland, Czechia, Moldova, Iceland, Lithuania, and Germany.
