Born on May 27, 1954, in the picturesque city of Odesa, Elena Gavdzinskaya displayed an early inclination towards art. Her father, Albin Gavdzinsky, a People's and Honored Artist of Ukraine, guided her in continuing the family legacy within the art world. Subsequently, Elena Gavdzinskaya's professional journey began at the Grekov Odesa Art College, from which she successfully graduated in 1985. During her studies, she honed her craft under the tutelage of talented educators such as V.V. Krishtopenko, D.D. Yegorov, and V.P. Sokolov, whose influence shaped her unique artistic style.
Elena Gavdzinskaya works in the genre of painting, creating thematic canvases, poignant portraits, lyrical landscapes, and vibrant, light-filled still lifes.
