Melnichuk Igor is an outstanding Ukrainian painter, Honored Artist of Ukraine. In 2004 I.Y. Melnichuk received a badge of honor "For achievements in the development of culture and arts". Since 2011 he has been Assistant Professor of Painting and Composition at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.
