The painting is made in the author's technique - acrylic, oil on canvas, in 2020, and conveys the magical atmosphere of New York through the prism of impressionism. Artist Kishenuk Petro is a famous Ukrainian painter, whose works are presented in private collections in Ukraine, the USA, Canada and European countries.
Kishenuk Petro lived and traveled around the United States for 6 years. He was so inspired by New York that he created a whole series of paintings - he depicted the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, landscapes in Central Park on his canvases. Then he returned home and in 2021 held a solo exhibition in Sumy "Sumy - New York, cities united by art".
The presented painting is just from this series, when the artist lived there, in New York, inspired by the life of Americans, the beauty of urban landscapes.
