Sculpture Naiad, author Lidagovsky Alexander

LIDAGOVSKY Alexander was born in 1961 in Gulyaypole, Zaporozhye region. From 1982-1987 he studied at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. 

Famous Kiev sculptor - several of his sculptures and art objects decorate the streets, parks and shopping centers of the capital of Ukraine. Personal exhibitions in Ukraine, Japan, the Netherlands.

The favorite images of Lidagovsky himself, of course, are women's ones. They are beautiful, exciting and touching women in pensive, sometimes defenseless poses.

The works of Ukrainian sculptor Alexander Lidagovsky are piercingly modern. They are in tune with our time, the world and the pace of life. The art objects created by Lidagovsky invite us to interact. Through them you can look at familiar things in a new way, you can take selfies, becoming a part of these objects, and some of them can even be taken for free, having found them in an unexpected place. And it is a pleasure to enter into this dialogue with the author, because you feel his genuine interest in feedback. This is contemporary art, as it were, at its best.
