This painting from the series "Place" is a fall project by Andrei Chizhov in which he creates paintings that visualize "emotional micro-worlds" - the delicate balance between the intimate and the universal, between "here and now," and "nowhere.

CHIZHOV Andrew is a Ukrainian artist, born in 1995 in Sevastopol. Since 2013 he lives and works in Lviv.

In 2019 he received a master's degree from the Department of Art Glass at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Awarded more than 90 awards for his creative work. Twice (2009, 2011) awarded the presidential scholarship for the creative contribution to the development of culture in Sevastopol. Awarded the regional named after Vyacheslav Chernovolov prize. Vyacheslav Chernovol (Lviv, 2018).

Active participant of international (Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, USA, Russia), regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions, symposiums and plein airs. Works are kept in the collections of the Museum of Glass in Lviv, Ukraine; Ningbo Zhejiang Greenwave Glass Museum, China; Rusi Karabiberov Gallery, Bulgaria, Die Hochschulbibliothek, Theologische Hochschule Friedensau, Germany; funds of the Lviv National Academy of Arts, in private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, Russia.
