In addition to selling art, ArtDom provides services in the field of art – documents (expertise, certificate), packaging, delivery, transportation. The core of our company consists of experienced logistics professionals who have been providing services for the delivery of valuable and fragile items worldwide since 2016. Today, ArtDom prides itself on being a trusted partner in the art field. We work daily to provide quality, fast, and affordable services for artists, gallery owners, and collectors so that more art lovers around the world can discover Ukrainian artists.

We work officially as a sole proprietorship, signing a cooperation agreement with each partner and customer. Upon receiving payment, we issue a fiscal receipt, and after the contract expires, we sign an act of acceptance-transfer.

To sell art, all logistics details must be thought out. That is why we have created a separate department that regulates all issues related to the logistics of art.

Important aspects regarding the transportation and delivery of paintings, sculptures:

• Documents for exporting paintings, permission - expert conclusion

To pass through customs with a painting or sculpture, a document (expert conclusion) is required, which states that the art object is not a national cultural value. On our page, we have detailed the procedure for obtaining this document.

• Reliable packaging of paintings should provide peace of mind to all participants in the transportation and delivery contract.

That is why we have developed and patented our unique packaging construction. With our combination of packaging materials, fragile and valuable items arrive to customers intact and undamaged. This is proven by our crash tests, our experience in this field since 2016, and the positive feedback from our customers.

• Worldwide delivery of artworks by postal services

Since 2022, only a few companies (postal operators) remain in Ukraine that handle such specific cargo as paintings and sculptures. This is due to the fact that Ukraine previously had established air links with many logistics companies worldwide. But the air route is closed, and since 2022 only a few reliable companies can deliver art to any of the 230 countries worldwide. ArtDom works with trusted postal operators and will gladly help deliver your artwork. Mail delivery is always cheaper than transportation but takes between 2 and 4 weeks.

• Transportation of artworks from Ukraine to Europe and the UK

This service is for the fast transportation of personal belongings, collections, and exhibits to an exhibition. Since an individual cargo vehicle is used for transportation, the cost of this service is higher than mail delivery. The average transportation time is 3-10 days. ArtDom only works with reliable drivers who have positive experience transporting fragile and valuable cargo on time, safely, and securely.
