Modern stamps are a universal tool for creating impressions and imprints on various materials.

Using this tool to create:

- patterns on textiles. This is a classic use of stamps. This technique requires the use of special acrylic paints for fabric painting and natural fabrics without thickenings or knots, such as linen, cotton, or calico.

- impressions, creating relief on unbaked ceramic products and polymer clay. Clay objects such as pots, plates, and panels with three-dimensional relief patterns have a special look. For a more pronounced image, the imprint can be painted over.

- Images for postcards and scrapbooks. Stamps are a quick fix for creating a card when time and materials are limited. All you need is a card base, a stamp, and acrylic paint for decoration. The key to creating a crisp, high-quality image is to apply the acrylic paint to the stamp with a sponge, being careful not to overdo it.

- Prints on craft bags and packaging. Choose a calm, natural color for your stamping to create a harmonious look. A little tip: when you stamp again on paper without applying any paint, your designs will have an aged effect, which looks very interesting and unique.

Recommendations for use:

1. Apply acrylic paint for fabric painting (or decorative acrylic paint for cardboard) to the stamp using a sponge. Apply the paint sparingly to ensure a crisp design. You can use different colors of paint on the same stamp.

2. To make the pattern more distinct, we recommend placing a soft, flat lining under the base: fabric or paper.

3. Press the stamp firmly and evenly onto the fabric for a few seconds. To ensure a rich, vibrant print, apply ink before each new stamp.

4. We fix the design no earlier than 12 hours after application with a hot iron through a thin cotton fabric.

5. The item should be washed no sooner than 48 hours after washing. We recommend hand or machine washing on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. The water temperature should be above 40°C. Acrylic designs typically used for fabric painting should not be soaked.

6. Create an imprint on the clay by pressing the stamp firmly but carefully to avoid damaging the piece, or make the stamp before shaping the piece.

A single stamp can last quite a long time. But it needs to be handled with care – clean and dry properly. Wipe with a dry cloth after each color. When finished, wipe the stamp with a dry cloth and let it air dry. Do not soak it in water.
