Pentart Velvet Effect Powder Green 30ml

A specialized powder used to create a velvety surface effect. The contour contains fibrous particles that impart a special sophistication and a pleasant tactile feel to the finished product.

used with different decoupage adhesives, thick gel paste or double-sided adhesive tape;
