Linseed oil with siccative 75 ml (026) Royal Talens

Royal Talens natural oil (026) is heat-treated linseed oil with the addition of a siccative.

Used to thin oil paints and as a binder for homemade paints. Suitable for restoration work, icon painting, and oil painting.

Ingredients: linseed oil, siccatives.

Reduces drying time and increases paint gloss. Increases the risk of paint film wrinkling. It yellows significantly in dark conditions; this yellowing disappears significantly in daylight. Do not use on lower layers of work or mix with paint.

Excess oil can be removed with white spirit or turpentine.

When diluting paints, it should be remembered that drying oil is darker than other types of linseed oil.
