Water-based adhesive (mixture) for steel 120 ml Nazionale

Adhesive for steel Nazionale – a water-based adhesive with vinyl (a synthetic polymer) designed for gilding talias with gold leaf. Suitable for quick adhesion (60 minutes of drying time from the moment the adhesive is applied until the first sheet of talia is glued to the surface). This water-based adhesive is recommended for indoor use.

Features and application principle:

- the glue should be applied in one thin, even layer;

- from the moment of applying the glue until the first sheet of steel is glued to the surface, the base is left to dry for 1 hour (depending on weather conditions);

– drying time may vary depending on the thickness of the adhesive layer, temperature and humidity in the room;

- gold leaf should be applied when the surface becomes sticky;

- glue can be used on the following surfaces: metal, wood, plastic, stone, plaster, canvas.

Recommendations: You can dilute the glue with water at a ratio of 70% glue to 30% water. After applying the leaf, you can use agate stone, which makes the leaf brighter and shinier.
