Derwent Onyx is a black graphite pencil, even darker than 9B! It's perfect for drawing very complex images. It can be used with other graphite tools, such as pencils or block graphite, for a darker tone.

The range includes two shades, medium and dark, but darker shades can be easily achieved by increasing the pressure applied. The wide tip can be easily sharpened to a fine, sharp point, perfect for pinning down details on your work.
