Icon of Jesus Christ, artist Andrii Okhotskyi

- The presented icon was exhibited as part of Andrey Okhotsky's solo exhibition at the Ukrainian House in Washington (Spiritual Shield, november 2025).

Okhotskyi Andrii — a Ukrainian master of sacred painting and a Master of Theology, Okhotsky created unique icons on armor plates from the front. He actively supports the Ukrainian Armed Forces and humanitarian foundations.

The artist's works are internationally recognized: they have been exhibited at the Louvre. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented them as gifts to the leaders of Poland and Lithuania. Okhotsky's icons are in the private collections of Antony Blinken and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Combining iconic techniques (egg tempera, gilding) with symbols of the times, the artist transforms the trappings of war into sacred relics, inspiring faith.
