Description of the artist:
The vibrant abstract work is filled with geometric shapes. Using abstract forms, the transition from conscious to unconscious (from wakefulness to sleep) is depicted. Consciousness is black and white stripes, where everything is reasonable and logical. Turquoise thin stripes on white are a borderline condition. Bright circles, emerging images of sand, water, a city at night - these are visions, dreams. Geometric black and white corridors - immersion in a deep phase of sleep (failure).
Anna Medyanik is a Ukrainian artist. She was born in 1979 in the city of Dnipro (formerly Dnipropetrovsk).
