Antyp Peter - Ukrainian sculptor

Antip Peter Ivanovich (sometimes encountered - Antyp) - born April 4, 1959 in Gorlovka, honored Artist of Ukraine (2009). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1989, member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1992. One of the most charismatic and recognizable Ukrainian artists.

Studied at the Penza Art School named after Savitsky (1980-1984), in the sculpture department. In parallel, studied painting and graphics. 1982-1986. - Continued training in the art workshops. Teachers by profession - A. Severin, V. Tsoi and A. Bem. Worked at the Donetsk Art Works. In 1989 he was awarded second prize at the International Sculpture Symposium in Ternopil.

Designer and sculptor of squares and monuments in Ukraine. Awarded the International Sculpture Symposium. More than 45 exhibitions and art projects in Ukraine and Europe. A number of sculptures and paintings were presented at solo international exhibitions (Paris, Bordeaux, Magdeburg, Malmo) and exhibitions throughout Ukraine (Kiev, Lutsk, Ternopil, Lviv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Gorlovka, Mariupol). His works are in museums in Ukraine, as well as in the private collections of Igor Dichenko (Ukraine), H. Klein (Germany) and D. Stuhl (France).
