Tishetsky Valentin was born in 1951 in Vinnitsa region, he was fond of drawing since childhood. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1993. Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts and the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. He graduated from the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. In 1978 he graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Art Pedagogy.
Winner of the contest "Man of the Year" in the nomination "Artist". The name of the artist is known far beyond the borders of Ukraine. His works are kept in private collections in Israel, USA, Canada, Italy, Austria, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, as well as in the Art Museum of Vinnitsa, the Embassy of Ukraine in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Art of Ukraine in Kiev, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in Austria.
