Painting Red Spain, artist Gudzikevich Anton

The artist loves nature and loves to paint landscapes. Born near the sea, Gudzikevich Anton chose his favorite element - to breathe the sea, live near it, travel and convey the beauty of what he saw in his paintings.

Once, having visited Spain, the artist fell in love with its beauty, opened a gallery and stayed to live there.

The artist’s plein air painting conveys the boundless spaces and fleeting moods of nature. In his work one can see unexpected color combinations, flashy and mesmerizing contrasts, which come into confrontation with each other and reveal the artist in a new way, allowing one to see his versatility, courage and creative uncontrollability.

GUDZYKEVYCH Anton (born 1987, Ukraine) - Ukrainian artist based in Alicante (Spain), and graduated in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with a master's degree in art and architecture in the Ukraine. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2012).

The paintings of Anton Gudzykevych presented in collections in different countries such as Ukraine, USA, China, Germany, Belgium, Montenegro, Spain and France.

He is currently the director of the art gallery GUDZGALLERY Galería de arte, honouring his surname, located in Alicante (Spain) where he has part of his works. He has held group and individual exhibitions all over Europe and has participated in major international art fairs such as the Shanghai Art Fair (China) in 2017. 

His painting is fresh and current, landscapes and nature his predilection when it comes to making his pieces.
